With a hit album under their belts and fistfuls of notes in their pockets, the Clan are hip-hop superstars as part three begins. Each member is by now famous in his own right. Creatively and collectively, they’re in the sweet spot between ambition and success.

But with so many members in the group, things were always going to get complicated. A fall-out with a major New York radio station affects sales, wild-card ODB is incarcerated and egos are starting to get in the way of the music. “It was a bunch of solo artists trying to be a group again and the hunger wasn’t there,” says Method Man. But far worse is to come.
