Summary

The first three chefs recreate Monica's razor clams with a shallot, caper and tomato sauce, before the second group of three take on Marcus' calves liver with a Bordelaise sauce. In the next round, the six chefs aim to impress the judges with a dish of their own design, with just one hour and 15 minutes to prepare it.
