Review

“There’s fruit and veg being bought. There’s cooking being done. So what are we doing here?” asks a mystified Gregg Wallace after seeing Angella Gambling doing her shopping in several local shops around west London. The Gamblings are not your usual candidates for Eat Well. But Angella and Douglas, self-confessed foodies with a taste for quality, rack up an eye-watering weekly bill of £430, because they also subscribe to a pre-measured ingredient box service and love takeaways and restaurant meals.

The lads soon sort them out but possibly even more interesting is a report on food marketed at children. In terms of price and nutrition, it’s shocking.

Summary
