The tenth series starts with a set-piece episode of the kind Lee Mack and Daniel Peak are skilled at constructing, gag by gag and twist by twist. The whole cast are on a plane waiting to take a parachute jump for charity, sparring and bickering as they always do, when there’s a development… 

What follows is a sitcom plot of the old school, a Rubik’s cube of cowardice that exposes each of the characters and puts a welcome spotlight on Lee’s bitterly acerbic father-in-law, the only one of the group with any parachute experience. “Here’s a rich display of humbuggery,” he glowers, as only Geoffrey Whitehead can.

Summary

Toby organises a sponsored parachute jump to raise money for a children's ward in his hospital, so Lee, Lucy, Anna and the grandparents all agree to take part to support him. But once airborne, will everyone pluck up the courage to jump?
