One of the more interesting aspects of these sessions is discovering which tunes the artists cover, and which directions they spin them off in. In this final episode, Jorja Smith opens her audio advent calendar with a clever reimagining of Kendrick Lamar’s All The Stars, her Amy Winehouse-inspired vocal infusing it with a poignant, British-sounding twist.

Meanwhile, Mumford and Sons threaten to be even more anthemic than usual as they team up with the London Contemporary Orchestra for an assault on Ariana Grande’s “beathin”. Rudimental and Tom Walker, the 1975 and Ellie Goulding complete a line-up that wouldn’t look out of place on the Reading Festival main stage.
