Gino D'Acampo's journey along the Adriatic coast brings him to the Puglian countryside, where he visits a masseria, or farmhouse, where so many ingredients are grown, from figs and almonds to olives. Here, Gino makes spaghetti al pepperoncino. He then heads to the small town of Cisternino for a lunchtime treat at a butcher's who barbecues meat for their customers. Finally he reaches the white city of Ostuni and after trying his hand at painting the city walls, the chef creates his version of tiramisu, Italy's most famous dessert - will it meet with the approval of the city's painters?
