Summary

Neighbourhood officers in Blyth are on shift at seafront festival Northumberland Live. When a child goes missing, the team is put on high alert. The festival ends in a soaking for PC Steve when unruly youths take their antisocial behaviour to a jaw-dropping low. Last in the series.
