Review

Will Smith’s next film is a Hustle-type romantic caper in which he plays a conman opposite rising star Margot Robbie. This Hollywood pair visit TG’s Surrey HQ to take their place on the car-seat sofa – and on the track.

Elsewhere, Richard Hammond celebrates the world’s longest-serving vehicle: the rugged, much-loved Land Rover, sold for 67 years, will end production this year, so Hammond marks the end of an era by driving one directly up a dam. Plus, Clarkson takes the futuristic BMW i8 hybrid on a trip to Whitby and James May tries out a new Porsche-alike Mercedes.

Summary

Jeremy Clarkson tests the new BMW M4 at the track, before switching to the German manufacturer's hybrid-powered i8 for a trip up the A1 to Whitby, North Yorkshire, where he decides which of the two he would rather take for the drive home. With Land Rover production ceasing in the UK later this year, Richard Hammond pays tribute to the 4x4 by attempting to drive one straight up the side of a dam, while James May puts the Mercedes AMG GT through its paces. Taking to the test track in the Reasonably Priced Car are Will Smith and Margot Robbie.
