In present-day Prague, Martin goes back to work for Tamir, while Gabi confronts Blazek about his secret dealings and Kate is a prisoner in the president's compound in Chechnya. In 2001, Dmitry must convince Tamir to pick up where Doku left off and earn General Arsanov's trust, and Ballard and Gabi suspect Dmitry and Ilyana have conspired to commit murder.
