Summary

An internal security breach forces NCIS to go into lockdown when a covert listening device is found in a pen belonging to Secretary of the Navy Sarah Porter. DiNozzo discovers that National Security Agency analyst Ellie Bishop wrote a report two years previously predicting the possibility of such an occurrence and she is brought in to assist with the investigation and track down the culprit. Guest starring Leslie Hope and Emily Wickersham.
