Rick Stein's Mediterranean Escapes

The chef samples Mediterranean food and visits his favourite places in the region. In the first programme he catches a ferry to the mountainous island of Corsica, where he tastes sausages and sheep's cheese, and discovers the locals have a passion for chestnuts.
