Summary

As Christmas approaches, the team works overtime to solve a robbery - a case made doubly difficult by the fact that the prime suspect is a former petty officer who has supposedly been dead for 17 years. Eventually arrested at a Vietnam memorial, he manages to convince Gibbs of his innocence - but a discovery in the forensics lab suggests he may be guilty after all. Guest starring Peter Coyote.
