Jean-Benoit Burloux hosts the final dinner party in Birmingham, and plans a four-course menu including crab in a bird's nest, a blade of beef and a pavlova with raspberries. However, the cook has to find a way of overcoming Denise's fussy eating habits before the winner of the £1,000 prize is announced.
