Summary

Kate Quilton learns that a special enzyme contained in pineapples attacks and destroys dead skin cells in the mouth, with scientists using this enzyme to treat the victims of burns. Jimmy Doherty wants to uncover the secret of how bubbles are added to chocolate bars and Matt Tebbutt asks if there is any truth in the old wives' tale that we should never eat mussels when there's not an ‘R' in the month.
