Summary

"Jamie at Home" sees chef Jamie Oliver rustling up simple step-by-step recipes in the kitchen and garden of his Essex home using home-grown produce. In series one, Jamie makes dishes using tomatoes and courgettes, throws shellfish, lamb, chicken, ribs and greens onto a barbecue, demonstrates the versatility of beans, talks about how to grow onions, and makes a dish with foil-roasted smoked beetroots, beef and a cottage cheese dressing. Series two is more of the same as Jamie cooks up lamb recipes, slow-roasted leeks, makes the most of seasonal winter vegetables, creates his own Essex fried rabbit, demonstrates how make shortcrust pastry, prepares a home-made egg tagliatelle, and pickles courgettes with mint and chilli. It premiered on Channel 4 in 2007.
