If you thought TV had exhausted every variation of the “teen girl moves to picturesque coastal community and struggles to integrate, while choosing between two hunky suitors” format, think again: this one involves a posh prep school on the east coast of America, in which Teagan (Miku Martineau) enrols after her scandal-hit family has to leave California. She is a gifted rower but, due to her fusty new school not having a girls’ team, is forced to be coxswain for the guys. Can she steer them to victory and find true love as she comes of age?

A cheeky sense of humour makes this worth a binge.
