Episode 44: Classic Casualty: Who Cares?

Summary

Harry continues to watch Simon's every move and Abs catches the groom-to-be with a packet of pills. Meanwhile, the puppy Jim has ordered for his daughter's birthday arrives a day early, forcing him to leave it at work in an empty room all day. When Josh and Nina find the dog unconscious after choking on some tissue, they manage both to save him and put their differences behind them.

Review

There’s a borderline bonkers catalogue of injuries to contend with tonight: an asthma attack, a heart attack, a guy lying on the ground with a metal railing on top of him. No wonder someone is heard saying, “I don’t know how any of this happened. None of it makes any sense.” Maybe they’re echoing the concerns of viewers…

Thankfully, it all comes good by the end as Connie spins a web to ensnare her prey: it’s one that involves a night out, gallons of white wine and enough confessions from Zoe to put her job as clinical lead in jeopardy. You get the feeling that the killer strike from Connie is definitely coming soon.
