Benidorm

Sitcom following the adventures of an assortment of characters who work and holiday at the Solana all-inclusive hotel in the popular Spanish tourist destination. The original characters included the Garvey family: Mick (Steve Pemberton), Janice (Siobhan Finneran), daughter Chantelle (Hannah Hobley), son Michael (Oliver Stokes) and Janice's mother Madge (Sheila Reid); couples Donald and Jacqueline (Kenny Ireland and Janine Duvitski) and Gavin and Troy (Hugh Sachs and Paul Bazely); barman Mateo (Jake Canuso), Martin (Nicholas Burns) and Noreen (Elsie Kelly) and her son Geoff (Johnny Vegas), also known as the Oracle. Other notable characters include Les/Lesley (Tim Healy) and Mel Harvey (Geoffrey Hutchings). Guest stars have included Una Stubbs, Denise Welch, Stuart McGugan, Robin Askwith, Keith Barron, Wendy Richard, Louie Spence, Su Pollard, Brian Murphy, Melvyn Hayes and Cilla Black. "Benidorm" premiered on ITV in 2007.
