"Jamie's Best Ever Christmas" sees Jamie Oliver presenting his favourite festive recipes in a two-part special for Channel 4. In the first edition, he prepares Christmas Day food, demonstrating how to cook a traditional turkey dinner with roast potatoes, gravy and vegetables. He also offers tips on making desserts including chocolate truffles and mince pies, as well as mulled wine. In the second part, Jamie offers ideas for a Boxing Day brunch, featuring Caribbean-inspired jerk ham, as well as pancakes, strudels, Asian salads, clementine jelly and refreshing party drinks. It premiered in December 2010.
