Summary
"Oz and Hugh Raise the Bar" follows wine expert Oz Clarke and comedian Hugh Dennis as they embark on a challenge to set up a pub. The duo run a bar each as they are in competition with each other. Alongside the traditional pub fare of beer and wine, they consider snacks, soft drinks, pub games and British spirits. Their search for stock begins in the South of England, where they discover sparkling wines in Sussex and offal and jellyfish-flavoured beers in Cornwall. It premiered on BBC Two in December 2010.
