"My Family" is a British sitcom chronicling the lives of Ben and Susan Harper (Robert Lindsay and Zoë Wanamaker) and their family. Set in Chiswick, west London, Ben is a dentist who generally doesn't like anyone he encounters, and Susan is a tour guide who enjoys having her children around. It begins with three children at home: layabout son Nick (Kris Marshall), shopaholic Janey (Daniela Denby-Ashe) and the smart and sensible Michael (Gabriel Thomson). Nick eventually leaves to live in his own flat, Michael comes out as gay when he gets older and Janey finally goes to university only to return home after falling pregnant with Kenzo (Taylor Marshall). It premiered in 2000 and ran for 11 series, clocking up 120 episodes.
