As travel restrictions start to ease, the London hotel gears up to welcome international guests back through its glamorous revolving doors. This means guest experience manager Sean must find some new butlers to bolster his depleted team, while hotel manager director Franck decides to host a swish reception for luxury travel agents in the newly refurbished Royal Suite, hoping to persuade them to put some profitable business his way.
