Summary
"Will & Grace" is an American sitcom set in New York focusing on the lives of interior decorator Grace Adler (Debra Messing) and her neurotic gay best friend Will Truman (Eric McCormack), who works as a lawyer. After breaking up with the man she was due to marry on her wedding day, Grace moves in with Will in his apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. They spend a lot of time with their friends Karen (Megan Mullally), a wealthy socialite who works as Grace's assistant, and Jack (Sean Hayes), a gay, struggling actor who changes his career with frequent regularity. The show follows Will and Grace's attempts to find romantic partners that won't get in the way of their friendship. It premiered on Channel 4 in 1998 and ran for eight seasons, clocking up 194 episodes.
