Summary

The series continues by examining life in the park during summer, when it becomes the ideal environment for newborn animals. In the final episode, an early dusting of snow signals the end of autumn, a time when the forests are a blaze of red and gold and the animals prepare for the coming cold. The elk face hungry wolves as they move down from the mountains to feed in the valleys, while beavers rush to repair their dams and stock up their underwater larders before the waters freeze over.
