The X Factor
- Season 14
Episode 28: Live 12 Final Results
Summary
Review
Much like mince pies creeping into Tesco at the end of summer, it feels like The X Factor final gets earlier and earlier every year. But this year, it actually is early. For the first time in X Factor history, the finale is falling a full three weeks before Christmas, meaning that the winner probably has as much of a shot at the festive number one as Louis Walsh.
That said, there have been some stunning performances during the somewhat truncated run of live shows (Lloyd Macey singing George Michael’s A Different Corner was a standout). Although a successful career for whoever wins isn’t certain, one thing is – The X Factor will be back next year. Get out the bunting.
