The Europa League has thrown up another round of twists and turns but Arsenal and Chelsea have reached the next stage of the competition.

The Gunners were left shell-shocked after a 3-1 defeat at the hands of Rennes in the first leg of the round of 16.

However, they struck back to win 3-0 at the Emirates and book their place in the quarter-finals.

Chelsea enjoyed a big 8-0 aggregate victory over Dynamo Kiev to secure safe passage through to the last eight.

The final is sure to provide plenty of entertainment when it rolls around regardless of the match-up – but when is the showpiece game?

The Europa League Final will be taking place at the Olympic Stadium in Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan.

The Baku Olympic Stadium was completed in 2015, and has a seating capacity of almost 70,000 people.
