James Willmott-Brown will collapse this Christmas on EastEnders as his plan to destroy Albert Square starts to fall apart.

The Weyland boss has been scheming to build over such iconic Walford landmarks as the Queen Vic pub with luxury flats, but looks set to meet his match in the form of disillusioned daughter Fi.

Scenes to be shown on Wednesday 27 December see Fi’s fears about her malevolent father grow and, realising the truth, she makes a brave decision and breaks into his office.

When Willmott-Brown later returns to his office, he’s horrified to discover that someone has broken into his safe, leaving an incriminating document against him out in the open.

As JWB hears the police approaching, he attempts to destroy the evidence against him, only to keel over in agony. Is this the end of the line?
