The Office and Pirates of the Caribbean star will apparently have some body odour issues…

The cast of Sky One’s The Café are to get a bit of a stinky new co-star… MacKenzie Crook.

Crook will play nurse Dave, who works in a local nursing home in Weston-super-Mare, and apparently isn’t too friendly with a can of deodorant.

Sky One told RadioTimes.com: “Dave has some body odour issues – he isn’t a huge fan of deodorant or even soap and water.”

Dave is the oddball friend of Richard, a care assistant by day and a musician by night, played by Ralf Little (who co-wrote the series with Michelle Terry) in the comedy.

MacKenzie has recently been a part of hit show Game of Thrones, playing the character of Orell.
