Yasmin takes Diana’s death as a motivation to leave husband Hassan. She journeys with daughter Aalia to arrive unannounced at the door of her uncle, Zaheer.
Junior reporter Michael is on honeymoon in Paris with wife Sophie, before getting heavily caught up in the coverage of the car accident. The demand of this news story pushes the young marriage to the edge.
Mary is a florist living in Glasgow caring for her Alzheimer’s-stricken mother. Upon hearing the news, she sees a business opportunity to sell flowers to grieving members of the public before the funeral. She packs a coach full of them and travels down to London with her friend, Gordon.
