That's why we're on the hunt for your Radio Times Comedy Champion - the rib-tickling star who makes your day with their jokes or witty observations.
We've whittled the thousands of comedy stars down to a shortlist, split into four groups - A, B, C and D. We want you to vote for your favourites. The top 8 contenders from each group will go through to Round 2.
