#MuggyMon: Is the tide turning on Love Island’s Montana?

Viewers say she's gone from the reality show's golden girl to 'Muggy Montana'

She may have been voted the villa’s favourite girl earlier this month, but have Love Island viewers turned against Montana Brown?

Although she’s been championed for her straight-talking (and snacking during rows), the economics student and island partner Alex found themselves voted in the bottom three couples last night, alongside Gabby and Marcel and Sam and Georgia. And although it was the latter pair who were dumped from the island, Montana looks far from the viewers’ favourite.

Why? Well, the last few days aboard the isle of love have seen her in the thick of some A-grade, dare we say, muggy behaviour. Firstly, Montana caused Gabby to cry after accusing her of being calculating” with Marcel over the texting drama revealed by the tweet challenge. And then Montana was seen to criticise her pal Camilla Thurlow for being ‘draining’ after insecure Cam broke down following her results from the brutal lie detector test.

And after that – you better sit down on your lilo for this one – during last night’s dumping Montana was heard to say under her breath that it would definitely be Gabby and Marcel heading home.

It didn’t go down well with viewers…

And many thought Montana earned her comeuppance when it was announced she was in the bottom three too…

She’s not all that popular among some of her fellow islanders now, either…

Her only chance of coming out top in next Monday’s live final? Be more Chris. Despite starting out as unpopular with viewers, the cheeky islander has garnered legions of fans, especially with his excellent parenting skills in last night’s fake baby challenge.

So pay attention Montana, you’ve not got long to turn it around…
