Love Island 2017 contestants: Georgia Harrison
Where have I seen Georgia before? Keen viewers of The Only Way is Essex will remember Georgia from series 13 of the ITVBe reality show. She appeared on screen as George – but don’t be fooled! This is most definitely her.
“I was previously on TOWIE but you’d have to have a keen eye to catch me – I was only part of one series,” she says.
What bodes well for Love Island viewing figures is that during her short but sweet time on the show, she got cosy with both Lewis Bloor and Tom Pearce. This girl doesn’t hang around.
Her worst ever date was: “On a second date someone told me they loved me. That was far too full on!” Thank goodness Craig’s left the villa…
Who does Georgia have her eye on in the Love Island villa? Despite not knowing their names, she has the hots for new boys Theo Campbell and Jamie Jewitt.
“I’ve heard that two new boys have dropped in,” she says. “I don’t know much about their personalities yet but they are both good looking boys so I don’t know why something couldn’t progress there.”
Having said that, she’s been watching the show from her sofa and thinks a certain someone deserves better…
Why is Georgia going on Love Island? “It looks like so much fun – I’m single, I want to meet someone and I can’t think of anywhere better to try and do that than on a hot island with loads of good looking, young people.” Well, we can’t really argue with that!
Is Georgia romantic? “I once threw a surprise party for one of my ex boyfriends,” she explains. “I saved up for ages for it, got a part time job just so I could pay for it. I got his family there and all of his best friends. I don’t know about anyone doing anything romantic for me!”
What’s her dating reputation? “I haven’t really had anything serious recently. I’ve dated a few boys and it’s gone well but I’m looking to settle down at the moment and find someone a bit more serious than the boys I’ve been dating in the past.”
What is Georgia’s USP? “What makes me stand out is I’m very confident, I’m very funny and I’d like think I’m quite resilient.”
Anything else I should know? Her celebrity crush is Justin Bieber and she’s ready to settle down properly with someone. “If I met the right person, 100 per cent,” she says. “I’m definitely ready to take the next step in my life. I want to have a big family so I’ve got to start young.” Crikey, watch out boys!
