Big Brother 2017 goes political with new ‘modern Britain’ eye logo and theme

Channel 5 are asking if the “culture clash of modern Britain" can come together in the Big Brother house. Answer? probably not

Big Brother is coming returning soon. And just to bring a little noise to these desperately quiet political times, the Channel 5 show has released a new politically-fuelled Union flag eye logo (see above), complete with polling station and newspaper backdrop.

Why? Because the theme of 2017’s series is a “culture clash of modern Britain”. That means we should expect to see “a selection of people, from a range of backgrounds, come together” when the contest returns in June.

Emma Willis is returning for the 18th series of the show, with Rylan Clark-Neal once again presenting Big Brother’s Bit On the Side.
