Judge Robert Rinder’s sassy Strictly Come Dancing Cha Cha stole the first live show

There was absolute disorder in the court as the judge hit the dancefloor

Judge Robert Rinder stands accused of blowing the Strictly Come Dancing judges and viewers minds with a serious sassy Cha Cha during the first live show of the 2016 series.

The TV judge, probably best known for his catty courtroom comments on his ITV series (and for being best pals with Benedict Cumberbatch), proved he wasn’t taking the competition lightly as he leapt from his perch in the Strictly ballroom to spin around the floor with his partner, Oksana Platero.

“You put the boy in flamboyant” said head judge Len Goodman. “If entertainment’s a crime, you’re guilty!”

“I think the jury’s HUNG” added a clearly excited Bruno, while Darcey described the number as “the wildest surprise I think I’ve ever had”.

Even Craig couldn’t resist adding a compliment to his critique.

And he wasn’t the only one showing Judge Rinder love online either. It seems he’s got quite a few fans out there.

The judges scores (6 from Craig, 7 from Darcey, 6 from Len and 6 from Bruno) left Rinder and Oksana in the middle of the leaderboard but could he lift the Glitterball?
