Clarkson, Hammond and May’s Grand Tour will definitely stop in the UK

The new motoring show will also pitch its tent studio in the US, Germany and the previously announced South Africa

Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May’s The Grand Tour will bring its giant tent to the UK, Amazon Prime has confirmed.

They’d already confirmed their studio – which is, genuinely, a bit tent – would pitch up in Johannesburg in South Africa, but now they’ve added the UK, the US and Germany to the tour.

There’s more to come, too, but the show’s yet to confirm where else they will be heading on their world travels. We’ll also have to wait for exact locations in each place.

“Fans have been asking us where The Grand Tour will be filming and how they can attend. We’re delighted to announce today new studio locations in the UK, U.S. and Germany as we continue our plans to bring this anticipated Amazon Prime show to fans around the world,” said Jay Marine, VP of Amazon Video Europe.

A prize draw also opens today in which Amazon Prime customers can apply for a chance to be in the crowd at said UK recordings.
