The Cokers look set to face more stress in the coming weeks when Paul’s mum Jenny (played by Amy Marston) turns up unexpectedly.
In the run-up to Jenny’s arrival, Pam will be seen telling a reluctant Les that she’s had her fill of life’s stresses and wants to retire.
But fresh tensions will come in the form of Jenny, who will be seen making her Albert Square debut in scenes to be broadcast on Monday 11 July.
Despite Pam’s warning that she should leave, Jenny approaches an oblivious Paul on the market stall and starts to talk to him about his family – but will he realise who she really is?
Little has been mentioned so far about Paul’s parents, with viewers having only seen him being cared for by his grandparents. So how would the self-confessed nana’s boy react were he to discover that his mum is back in town?
