Adele’s smash-hit album 25 has hit streaming services.
OK, so it’s not exactly the cheery album some may be looking for today of all days. Best to keep your hanky close to hand for a bit of weeping.
The full album, which broke the single-week sales record upon its release (the figure stands at around 3.38m in the US alone, the largest since Nielsen Music started accurately tracking sales data in 1991), can now be heard by those signed up to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Prime and Tidal.
Spotify has already carried some of the singles. These include Hello, which according to RollingStone, has been played more than 500 million times.
Adele is headlining at Glastonbury this weekend.
