Hear the late Alan Rickman in new Alice Through The Looking Glass trailer

Disney's latest teaser for the fantasy adventure features the voice of Alan Rickman in one of his final film roles


Alan Rickman’s expressive tones are instantly recognisable in this new teaser for fantasy film Alice Through The Looking Glass.


The actor, who passed away last month aged 69, narrates the clip as the voice of the Blue Caterpillar. The fantasy feature, based on Lewis Carroll’s novel, was one of Rickman’s final film roles.

“You’ve been gone too long, Alice,” Rickman can be heard saying. “There are matters which cannot be neglected. Hurry!”

The clip also sees Mia Wasikowska, Anne Hathaway, Sacha Baron Cohen, Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter as the madcap inhabitants of Wonderland.

Rickman is also set to appear in thriller Eye in the Sky, his last live-action performance.
