Britain’s Got Talent winner George Sampson is set to make a guest appearance in Emmerdale this February.
The 22-year-old dancer and actor, who will appear in four episodes of the ITV soap, said today: “I’m really excited to play a guest part in Emmerdale. The cast and crew have been really friendly and the village is a spectacular place to be. It’s such an iconic show and it’s brilliant to be able to be a part of it”.
George Sampson shot to fame at the age of 14 after winning the second series of BGT with a dance to a remix of Singin’ in the Rain.
Since that victory, Sampson has gone on to have regular roles in BBC1 school-set series Waterloo Road and Sky Living comedy drama Mount Pleasant.
