Emo Kylo Ren is the Star Wars Twitter parody you’re looking for

"You can't truly appreciate the Imperial March until you hear it on vinyl"

It’s been in cinemas for just 10 days, but already Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens has inspired one of the greatest parody accounts in Star Wars history: Emo Kylo Ren.

Kylo, in case you haven’t seen it yet, is the angst-ridden antagonist in The Force Awakens, but Twitter Kylo is a rather different beast.

The torn would-be-Jedi turned Knight of Ren we meet in the movie has been replaced with a tortured teenager whom nobody understands.

Best bud and dictator-in-the-making General Hux is the only guy who really gets him.

Just don’t mention Rey, OK?

Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens is now showing in UK cinemas.
