Remember cute Kevin? Macaulay Culkin revisited his most famous role last week – and according to the comedy spoof, things haven’t panned out too well for the canny youngster in the 25 years since he was left Home Alone.

Kevin’s cute cousin Fuller was played by Macaulay’s brother Kieran, now all grown up and currently appearing in the second series of Fargo.

Devin Ratray – the boy behind Kevin’s bullish cousin Buzz – is still acting, recently popping up in 2013’s award-winning Nebraska.

From Matilda to Mrs Doubtfire, Mara Wilson was basically the coolest kid in the 90s, but she’s since turned her back on professional acting. Nowadays you’ll find her working as a writer and living in New York.

Now 44, Peter has enjoyed a 40-year acting career and recently branched into producing, working on The Break-Up, Iron Man and most recently as an executive producer on the musical version of A Christmas Story.

Everyone’s favourite kid from Love Actually has grown up on our screens, portraying Paul McCartney in 2009’s Nowhere Boy. Nowadays he’s best known for his roles as Jojen Reed in Game of Thrones and Newt in the Maze Runner series.

If you were a teenager watching Love Actually, you basically wished you were Joanna. The star of Love Actually’s school talent contest is still working as an actor, voicing Vanessa Doofenshmirtz in Phineas and Ferb, where she starred alongside none other than Thomas Brodie-Sangster (aka her Love Actually character’s first love Sam!).

Johnny Galecki was another youngster to grow up on our screens, appearing in US sitcom Roseanne, before being cast as Dr Leonard Hofstadter in smash hit comedy The Big Bang Theory.

How adorable was Taylor Momsen as young Cindy Lou Who? The actress graduated to Hansel and Gretel in 2002, but you might know her best as Gossip Girl’s Jenny Humphrey. Momsen starred in the series until 2011 and nowadays fronts rock band The Pretty Reckless.

After years as a hugely successful child star – he appeared in Goonies and Stand By Me as well as Gremlins – Feldman publicly battled drug addiction. He’s since had stints on reality series The Surreal Life and ITV’s Dancing on Ice and currently voices Slash in Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

We haven’t seen much of Daniel on screen since he befriended Will Ferrell’s Elf – but we have heard him. He’s since voiced Pedro De La Hoya in video game Bully and the title character in the movie Doogal.
