Finally, a time-travel show with Arthur Darvill is coming to British TV

US superhero series Legends of Tomorrow is heading to Sky1 in 2016

One day after the first Legends of Tomorrow trailer had British audiences jealous of Americans who’d actually be able to watch it, there’s good news: the DC comics series will air on satellite channel Sky1 in 2016.

The series stars Brandon Routh, Grant Gustin, Ciara Renée, Victor Garber and many more, and follows the team of heroes as they travel through time to stop evil Vandal Savage at the behest of time-travelling rogue Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill)

Yes we know what you’re thinking: it’s about time a series starring Arthur Darvill about a mischievous time traveller with an interesting coat, a disguised time machine and a mysterious past came to British TV.

Credit to original American network the CW and Sky1 for finally filling that gap.
