Harry Potter fans experiencing problems buying tickets for Harry Potter and The Cursed Child may want to swap browsers. Nimax Theatres, who are facilitating sales for the two-part West End production, have admitted there are issues and are advising frustrated customers to switch to a different browser.
The play’s organisers confirmed via their official Twitter account that they were working on the problems.
“With over 70,000 people trying to purchase tickets at one time the ticketing systems are currently working at capacity” a spokesperson told RadioTimes.com
“Customers who are having difficulties with the online booking system can be assured we are doing everything we can to ensure the process is a smooth and efficient as possible. At this stage the vast majority of customers have had their bookings processed within an hour.”
