Fancy an adventure in space and time with the Doctor, without having to leave the boundaries of the M25? Then you’d best set your Tardis console for September 25th 2015, destination Hampton Court.
Yes, the Doctor is IN at the Radio Times Festival, and you won’t want to miss what he’s got to offer, just ONE WEEK after his return to our TV screens.
So, what’s in it for WHO?
Take a trip back in time with Russell T. Davies
The man who brought the Doctor back to our screens ten years ago will be taking us through his own adventure in space and time, explaining how he went from Swansea schoolboy to leading creative voice.
Got a question about Nine or Ten that you’ve always wanted to ask? Then you’d best get your bum on a seat quick fast. He’s in session on Friday September 25th at 4pm. (Book Tickets)
Solve the scientific mysteries of the Whoniverse
Can you REALLY travel in time? Is it ACTUALLY possible to regenerate? And could there be parallel universes out there? That’s what the authors of The Scientific Secrets of Doctor Who are coming to tell us.
Using clips from the acclaimed series, they will show how science has inspired Doctor Who, and how, on occasion, it has come remarkably close to predicting future discoveries. Catch them from 5.30pm on Friday September 25th. (Book tickets)
Discuss The Doctor with Peter Capaldi and Steven Moffat
There will most definitely be a Doctor in the room when Peter Capaldi and Steven Moffat sit down for a chat with Frank Skinner, just six days after The Magician’s Apprentice hits out TV screens. And already, we’re sure Whovians are brimming with questions to ask him about Clara’s departure and the Doctor’s next companion.
Have you got a burning query for the 12th Doctor and the man who keeps him travelling through space and time? The pair will also be joined by executive producer Brian Minchin so there’ll be plenty of Who powers that be on hand to give us the inside scoop on everyone’s favourite Time Lord on Friday September 25th at 7pm.
Timey-wimey to get a ticket is running out so be sure to snap ’em up while they’re available. (Book here)
And if you’ve got nowhere else to 221B stick around for a super sleuthing Sunday
Doctor Who creative chief Steven Moffat is joined by his old pal – and Doctor Who star/writer – Mark Gatiss to celebrate the Women of Sherlock. The pair gave us the Baker Street boffin’s BBC reboot after all, so it’s only fitting that they join producer Sue Vertue and stars Una Stubbs (Mrs Hudson), Louise Brealey (Molly Hooper) and Amanda Abbington (Mary Morstan).
That’s a panel even bigger than the one at San Diego Comic Con don’cha know! So if you’re eager to ask about that upcoming Christmas special, or just find out how the women keep the boys of 221B Baker Street in line then you’ll definitely want to drop down on Sunday September 27th at 5pm.
There’s only so much room left in the mind palace though, so be sure to get your ticket soon! (Book here)
