Profession: Property Developer
Can you tell us about yourself?
I’m in property, and I like staying healthy. I work out every day.
Were the rest of the guys welcoming?
They were extremely welcoming. We are nice, good people. We did the best we could to invite them out and get them onto the scene. It’s not easy to get into the right places in Hollywood. We have connections to get them into the bars, restaurants and clubs because if you don’t know anyone, it’s hard to get in. We got Jamie into a few places. But there are some places we couldn’t get them in. They don’t care who they are here. We’ve also been hanging out with Jess and Toff. They’ve been to our place and sunbathed.
Have you found it hard to work out who dates who, and who likes each other and who hates each other?
To be honest, we don’t care to know about their history with each other. That’s their business. I don’t want to pass judgement so I’d rather just not know. But I am just delighted to be in the show. My mum’s married to an Englishman. His family are like, ‘Oh my God, this is so cool, this is huge in the UK’.
Some of the boys have behaved pretty badly towards the girls in the past…
The thing is, they’re getting looked at by every girl, so it must be hard for them to stay true to one when they’ve got that much attention. It’s just human nature, in a way girls are very similar. They all have their moods and their temperaments and they all want to be pampered. It’s all the same.
How do you chat girls up?
I don’t have a set pick-up line. I make eye contact first. I’m not going to just go up to her and go, ‘hey’. I see people that do that but it’s not my thing. I’d rather be introduced by a friend. Because then you don’t get weirdos and you wake up in your house and things are missing, you know?
Do you know any celebrities in LA?
Yes, we know everyone, we’re friends with all the celebrities. But they told us, don’t bring it up. It’s not for us to say. We have to watch what we say.
Made in Chelsea LA begins on Monday 10th August on Channel 4 at 9pm
