Surprise surprise, the third highest grossing movie of all time has been given a sequel.
A follow-up to Jurassic World has been confirmed and is scheduled to run amok in cinemas on 22nd June 2018.
And in slightly more surprising news, guess who has decided this whole dino park thing isn’t such a bad idea after all?
Yep, Chris Pratt will be starring in the Jurassic World sequel, despite proving in this YouTube clip how terrified he really is of dinosaurs.
Bryce Dallas Howard is also set to return (in high heels?) when the as-yet-untitled Jurassic movie hits cinemas in three years’ time.

Three years? That’s an awful long time to wait for more Pratt versus Predator action.
The @JurassicPark sequel has been announced. Chris Pratt will be in it. My life is infinitely better. I have to wait until 6/22/18. ?

Of course, Pratt is also set to appear opposite Jennifer Lawrence in new romantic sci-fi drama Passengers, which begins filming this September. Along with Guardians of the Galaxy 2. So where does that leave those tantalising Indiana Jones rumours?
