To use the Love Island lingo, someone might be about to get ‘pied’ as 24-year-old glamour model Daisy Muller is heading into the villa with little concern for who’s getting cosy with whom.
“I’ve heard they’re coupled up, let’s see what happens when I get in there,” Daisy giggled to RadioTimes.com after revealing exactly who she’s got her eye on. And if you’re looking for sparks to fly, you’ll be excited to hear the 24-year-old glamour model has her eye on Chris and Jonathan. Yes, Jonathan who’s already talking marriage with his island girlfriend Hannah Elizabeth.
Daisy doesn’t know which couples have paired together, but admits she recognises Hannah from the modelling circuit. “We’ve shot with the same photographer a few times. Not together, I’ve never met her.” Whether that will encourage any loyalty remains to be seen, but Daisy did have a thing or two to say about a possible love triangle: “If he did like me and I liked him, I’m looking after myself really, so you have to go for what you want.
“Not in a malicious way – I’m not nasty – but I’m out here for myself, not anyone else. If I want something, I’ll go and get it.”
Yikes. Daisy’s hair colour will make her difficult to miss on screen, too. “I thought it would be cool to have blue/green mermaid hair. I don’t think anyone else in there is going to have blue hair, so I’m happy that I’m going to be sticking out from the crowd,” she said, after recently dying her brunette locks.
The glamour model also revealed she was going to have a second operation on her breasts, but has had to postpone it until after the show. “It’s all for a good cause, I suppose. When I do come back out from the show I can re-book it and crack on with my second job.”
After recently moving to London from Birmingham, Daisy says she is looking to settle down in a long-term relationship, although until now she’s been the one to end any involvement with men. “I just don’t get into it,” she admits, adding that she’s now on the lookout for arty, musician or actor types and has firm rules for dates.
“I hate it when you go out with a guy who has offered to take you out and you end up paying half. I think it’s really rude. I’m after a gentleman who wants to take me out, look after me. It’s the worst thing when you’re going out on a date, you have a really good time, you offer to buy them a drink and they say ‘yeah’. Really they should insist on you not paying.”
In order to bag her date, Daisy is armed and ready with her best chat up line: “My humour is so strange, but my favourite chat-up line is ‘Are you from Tennessee, because you’re the only ten I see.’”
“I’m so sad,” she laughs. “I’ll sit at home and just read loads and loads of chat up lines so when I’m out I can just bang them out to some random guy at the bar and just laugh at myself. I find myself absolutely hilarious doing it. I’m quite sad. I have to entertain myself somehow…”
