An incredibly professional review of Star Wars at Madame Tussauds

Huw Fullerton immerses himself in a waxy galaxy far, far away

This weekend, celebrity waxwork masters Madame Tussaud’s open a new Star Wars exhibition (just in time to capitalize on the upcoming Episode VII) – and in my professional capacity as a professional journalist who is professional, I got the chance to go along and check out the melting hazards from a galaxy far, far away before they open to the public.

Of course, you’re probably thinking that I’d lose my cool, get overwhelmed by hanging out with 11 “scenes”-worth of 16 iconic sci-fi characters and basically spend this entire review gushing about how great the afternoon was. But you’d be wrong – I’m a grown up now, and I went to the event with the journalistic detachment you’d expect.

Prices to Madame Tussauds London start from £24.75  for adults and £21.60  for children when you pre-book at
