A new series of Big Brother kicks off on Tuesday, but this time with a twist. Rather than their usual unveiling during the live launch night in front of a baying crowd, this year’s line-up has already been announced. And what a bunch they are.

From glamorous socialite twins and a spiritual model to a wannabe prime minister and eccentric rich kid, here’s a brief introduction to the 15 housemates vying for notoriety… and plenty of column inches, of course.


Relationship status: single

Aaron has shot campaigns for Calvin Klein alongside the likes of Lara Stone, Pixie Geldof and Alice Dellal and is also a qualified beauty therapist who loves The Little Mermaid.


Relationship status: single

A law student and pastor’s daughter, Adjoa is described as a “committed Christian”. Her first language is Dutch.

These glamorous socialite twins could have plenty of juicy tales for the house – Amy claims to have already dated a famous footballer and a reality star, meanwhile Sally spends £500 a month on beauty treatments.

Described as a “salt of the earth Yorkshire lass”, Chloe sees Big Brother as a “gap year for chavs”. She’s also obsessed with Benidorm where she claims she’s treated “like a local celebrity”.

Besides studying biomedical science at UCL, Cristian keeps busy working as a model, rapper, singer and athlete. He also claims to have previously dated a British soap actress.

Easy on the eye demolition man Danny is best mates with Ricci (of “Ricci and Vicky”) from Geordie Shore. He also says he’s dated a handful of former CBB housemates and cites his greatest achievement as getting to play in the FA Cup.

Described as “kooky”, Eileen featured on The X Factor in a band with her partner Bo and says she sees Nicole Kidman when she looks in the mirror.

Harriet reckons Alan Carr would play her in a movie of her life because they are “both common”. She says she supported UKIP in last week’s election.

Jack, or “Pie Face” as everyone in Plymouth calls him, is a passionate lifelong fan of Plymouth Argyle.

Described as a “feisty spiritual model”, Jade doesn’t believe in monogamy and follows a polyamorous lifestyle. She has pet rats and is keen to add a pet bat to her collection.

A wannabe prime minister, Joel publishes his own magazine which is delivered to 3,000 people and is proud to be the youngest councillor in Wales.

A former professional basketball player, Kieran sold his restaurant business in order to pursue a career in entertainment. He now hosts his own radio show – KMS: The Kieran McLeod Show.

Described as an “eccentric rich kid”, Nick was expelled from two schools and has no qualifications. He has never been in a “proper relationship”.

Known for being “direct and feisty”, Sarah says she’s no team player. Instead she’s proud to be a self-proclaimed “stuck-up bitch” and thrives off the title.
