Viewers distraught as BBC1’s Ordinary Lies comes to an end

Fans on social media called for a second series of Ordinary Lies, as the hit drama, starring Jo Joyner, Jason Manford and Max Beesley, came to a dramatic and emotional close last night

Ordinary Lies, the show about a car salesroom riddled with porky pies (some bigger than others) came to an end last night. And the final episode, which centered around Beth (Jo Joyner) coming face-to-face with her missing husband, clearly impressed fans.

There were tears, and not just because it was the last episode in the series.

But when the credits rolled, a lot of fans just couldn’t believe it was all over…

Because there’s got to be a second series, right?

Erm, hello?

Even star Jo Joyner was getting involved.

It looks like BBC1 has got a full-scale campaign on its hands…
